This is so powerful.

yoga -mondays and wednesdays -two and a half hours

goal: meditation tuesday and thursdays

goal: figure something else out for the rest, one hour in a day is hard in university, maybe I could cut out sex and the city........nope. During? multi-tasking never killed anyonre. My goal? Happiness.

There's no app for that.
